Any software that is made available to download as a part of the services rendered by Excel Square is the copyrighted work of Excel Square and/or its suppliers. This would include the source code, images, other electronic or otherwise files, user guides, help documents or any such material that is designed for use along with the software or service. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). An end user may be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless the user agrees to the License Agreement terms. If any third party components are used in any of the Services or Products, they would be licensed to you by the respective third party and not Excel Square.
The Products or Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law and would be treated as violations, which may result in civil and criminal penalties. Similarly any documents or videos or such other material that is provided as a part of Service are permitted to be used only for informational, non-commercial or personal use only and shall not be distributed or given access for public use through public media or network computer or any such other mode.

You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services that are obtained from the Services.
The Services provided by Excel Square including any files, graphics, images, is provided AS IS and Excel Square and any of its licensors cannot warrant the performance or suitability for any specific purpose or results that you may obtain by using them. In no event shall Excel Square be liable for any Incidental, Consequential or Punitive damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Services or any material as a part of any of these, including any loss that you may have suffered. The above limitation may not apply in cases where some laws do not allow exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. However, in no event whatsoever, shall Excel Square’s total liability (of all sorts) exceed the price that you have paid for availing the Service.
You agree that any dispute or claim of any nature arising out of your use of Services shall only be litigated in the applicable Courts of Bengaluru, State of Karnataka, India, and also agree for personal jurisdiction in these courts.
