This End User License Agreement is a legal contract between You (the purchaser or the user - an individual or a business entity that would have a specific user chosen to use this Product) and Excel Square Tech Private Limited (herein after mentioned as Excel Square) for the use of its Product including any associated material or data or Program or Software in whatsoever form they are in.

1. You understand and agree that, with one license of this Product, you can use the Product on one computer system and used by one User Only. And, the license is not transferable.

2. You can make more than one copy of the Product and use them as separate plans. However, all the copies have to reside on the same Computer or Hard Drive or any such media on which this is being used. And all copies are for the use of one user only at any point in time. If the Product is used on a shared drive, each user must have a license to use the same.

3. You understand and agree that some of the above restrictions would also be implemented through the Product.

4. All the Copyrights and Ownership of the Product (including its source code, images, other electronic or otherwise files, belong to Excel Square (except where other third party components might be used)

5. You agree to use this as-is and may not do any kind of reverse-engineering, hacking or take any such step to extract the information contained within the Product.

6. You also understand that given the nature of this Product, i.e. it works on Microsoft Excel 2007 for example, its functionality and functioning would depend on the functioning of these dependent products or components as the case may be.

7. You assume full responsibility for the selection and use of the Product.

8. This Product along with any accompanied files is provided AS IS and Excel Square and any of its licensors cannot warrant the performance or results that you may obtain by using this.  

9. In no event shall Excel Square be liable for any Incidental, Consequential or Punitive damages whatsoever arising out of the use of the Product or your relationship with Excel Square, including any loss that you may have sufferred. The above limitation may not apply in cases where States do no allow exlcusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. However, in no event shall Excel Square's total liability (of all sorts) exceed the Purchase price of the Product.

10. You acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions may change from time to time and you would be bound by them. The changes would be made public through this website whenever such change happens.
